Ukrainian Jewish Orphans Safely Arrive in Israel

In News Surrounding Israel by Chris Katulka

Last week we reported that nearly 100 Ukrainian Jewish orphans ages four to eighteen were traveling to Romania in anticipation of immigrating to Israel. Well, we’re happy to announce that all the children made it safely across the Ukrainian border and boarded a flight to Tel Aviv where they were met by prime minister Naftali Bennett himself.

The orphanage in Ukraine was having a difficult time getting passports and parental permission to leave the country. But God answered all those prayers. And today the Jewish orphans are now citizens of the state of Israel, the home of the Jewish people. I pray that they will find a new life in Israel that is stable and gives them hope and that God will protect them on this new journey, this new way of life that they have in Israel.
