At Least Four People Stabbed In Tel Aviv Terror Attack

At least four people were stabbed during a terror attack on Tuesday evening (21st) on Nalhalat Binyamin Street in Tel Aviv.

Police confirmed the attack as terror following an initial investigation.  They went on to say the attacker stabbed three people on Nahalat Binyamin Street, followed by a fourth person on nearby Gruzenberg Street.

Israel media reported that an American residency permit and border control ticket were found on the body of the attacker.  They showed that the attacker was a Moroccan citizen with American permanent residency and had entered Israel on a tourist visa on January 18.

Medics and paramedics provided medical treatment to the wounded, Magen David Adom said  following the incident.

The attacker was shot dead according to eyewitnesses in the area.

Tel Aviv District Commander, Haim Sargaroff said that from his perspective “the incident is over.  There were conflicting reports.  I can say that there was one terrorist.  There are no others.”

Commissioner Danny Levy said, “There was a quick response by soldiers who neutralized the terrorist, as is expected of the security forces.

Israel’s Iron Wall Operation In West Bank

The IDF eliminated a terrorist cell in Jenin on Tuesday (21st) as they were planting explosive devices in Jenin.

The attack was carried out with drones as part of Israel’s counter-terrorism Iron Wall operation in the West Bank.  Palestinian sources initially reported air raid sirens sounding throughout the city as the operation began with drone strikes followed by a combat helicopter assault.

The Palestinian Authority’s Health Ministry reported six fatalities.  Following the strikes, IDF bulldozers entered the area to clear roads suspected of being booby-trapped.

The operation, which began with targeted strikes on infrastructure, continued with ground forces entering Jenin.  It is anticipated to continue for several days, involving significant military resources, including special forces, the Shin Bet security agency and Border Police units.

The IDF aims to maintain operational freedom across  the West Bank, dismantle terrorist infrastructure, and neutralize imminent threats.  The decision to launch the operation was approved by  Israel’s Security Cabinet on Friday (17th).

The timing reflects the influence of Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who reportedly pressured the government to action following a shooting attack in the northern West Bank Palestinian village of Funduq that killed three Israelis, including two women in their 70s.

The IDF has also intensified arrests across the West Bank, with Palestinian sources reporting 11 arrests in Idan near Hebron and seven in Qalqilya.  Earlier in the day, WAFA claimed that Israeli forces tightened restrictions in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, closing additional roads.

The operation coincides with the winding down of an unprecedented six week crackdown by Palestinian security forces targeting terrorist activities in the Jenin ‘refugee’ camp.  According to an IDF source, “the Palestinian Authority sought to demonstrate its ability to curb terrorist presence and assert control.  They signaled to the Palestinian public and the international community – especially the US and EU that they can exercise authority, even in areas heavily impacted by Hamas,” the source said.

He wrote, “I’m going to carry out an attack,” and added, “I have repented now, and I am praying in al-Aqsa mosque.”

The police uploaded a message to Facebook  by the man claiming his mother had treated him badly by throwing him out of her home.

He wrote, “Good morning.  How are you?  Tell my mother that I’m going to carry out and attack and hurt all of you.  I swear to Allah that I will destroy all of you.  By Allah, I will do it.”

The Mob Surrounding The Three Israeli Women Hostages Were Well-Fed, Well-Groomed And Well-Dressed – Destroying The Lies Of Genocide In Gaza – Melanie Phillips

To All those in the West who have perpetrated the lie of Israeli genocide in Gaza for the past 15 months: look at the pictures of the mob surrounding the three Israeli women hostages who were freed Sunday (19th), and see thousands of Gazans who are well-fed, well groomed and well-dressed.

Look at that horrifying footage of those Gazan mobs, those enormous potential lynch mobs jeering and threatening the three Israeli women as they were handed over to the Red Cross –  the same mobs who abused the live hostages and desecrated the bodies of the murdered ones when they were all dragged into Gaza after the Oct. 7 massacreThen tell us all again that the vast majority of Palestinian Arabs in Gaza are innocent civilians and victims of the Israelis.

Listen to those mobs chanting ecstatically for the murder of Jews in a repetition of the slaughter of Jews by Islam’s founder Mohammed in 7th century Khyber.  Look at the thousands who have emerged in Hamas uniform and armed to the teeth, vowing to carry out more and more Oct. 7 massacres until every Jews is dead and Israel is destroyed.

This hostage negotiation was more akin  to a mafia-style hit-job forcing Israel under unimaginable pressure to release dozens of men who have slaughtered Israeli Jews over the years, who left hundreds of families permanently bereaved and shattered, and are now being released to do it all again.

Why Hamas Keeps On Celebrating – Jonathan Sacerdoti

• The celebrations in Gaza after the ceasefire was announced looked nothing like those of a people experiencing the end of a genocide.  The imagery of jubilant crowds chanting slogans, firing guns into the air, and singing songs of triumph appears entirely at odds with the scenes of devastation and suffering on international news broadcasts.

• This is not the first time Gaza’s civilians have seemed quick to celebrate.  After terrorists massacred and abducted Israelis on Oct. 7, hordes of Palestinians lined the streets of Gaza cheering with jubilation as lifeless bodies and desperate abductees were paraded before them to be spat on and beaten.

• Many of those cheering in Gaza were declaring their intention to continue fighting, to continue killing, and to continue sacrificing their own people if necessary.  Hamas focuses on the death of Jews as the ultimate measure of success.  Hamas’ rhetoric and actions target Jews as a people and a religion.  The glorification of those who kill Jews are manifestations of a deeply ingrained religious hatred.

• The focus on killing Jews as an act of religious and ideological fulfilment is not a byproduct of desperation or poverty: It is a central tenet of Hamas’ mission.  It portrays each attack on Israel as a step toward liberation and frames every loss of Palestinian life as a heroic sacrifice.  This  ensures that the population remains ideologically aligned with Hamas’ goals.

• By framing the conflict solely in terms of territory or humanitarian crisis, many overlook the extent to which Hamas is driven by a worldview that glorifies violence and martyrdom.  This ideological foundation ensures that no ceasefire, negotiations, or reconstruction effort can fully address the conflict as long as Hamas remains committed to its ultimate goal: the destruction of Israel and the eradication of Jews from the region.

Columbia Pro-Palestinian Protesters Storm Israeli History Class

Pro-Palestinian protesters stormed an Israeli history class at Columbia University on Tuesday (21st), disrupting the lecture and creating a hostile environment for students.

Dr. Avi Shilon, an Israeli historian, was teaching about the conflicting narratives around the creation of the Jewish State in 1948 on Tuesday (21st) when three students suddenly burst into the lecture hall.  With their faces obscured by keffiyehs, the demonstrators threw anti-Israel fliers at students and began loudly reading a speech.

Shilon noted the irony that the protesters had interrupted a lecture that presented both the Israeli  and Palestinian perspectives on the War of Independence.

“I was trying to be as unbiased as I could be, and they knocked on the door, and for me as an Israeli, they looked like terrorists,: Shilon told the Times of Israel.

“I didn’t know how to react, because if I was aggressive,  they could claim that I pushed them or something, and if I was calm they would continue, so I suggested to them to join the class to learn about the conflict,” he continued.  They just shouted ‘genocide,’ ‘criminals,’ and didn’t reply.”

Due to his family roots in Iraq, Shilon is a fluent Arabic speaker.  He tried speaking to the protesters in their language but to no avail.

“They didn’t understand Arabic of course.  They don’t understand the conflict,” Shilon added.

Columbia Interim President Katrina Armstrong released a statement pledging an investigation into the incident.

“We strongly condemn the disruption, as well as the fliers that included violent imagery that is unacceptable on our campus and in our community.  No group of students has a right to disrupt another group of students in a Columbia classroom,” she said.

“We will move quickly to investigate and address this act.  We want to be absolutely clear that any act of anti-Semitism or other form of discrimination, harassment, or intimidation against members of our community is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.”

Over 50,000 Young Jews Expected To Visit Israel In 2025 Under New Initiative

In their first-ever convening in Israel, the Israel Educational Travel Alliance (IETA) set a bold target of increasing participation in educational travel to Israel by over 50% in 2025.  The ambitious initiative aims to bring more than 50,000 young Jews to Israel, up from 35,000  participants in 2024.

“At a time when Israel is facing unprecedented challenges, the commitment to bringing tens of thousands of young Jewish leaders to experience Israel first-hand is more critical than ever,” said Eric D. Fingerhut, President and CEO of the Jewish Federations of North America.  “The Jewish Federations of North America are proud to support programs that strengthen the bond between North American Jewry and Israel, instill a deep sense of shared responsibility, and empower young people to stand by Israel as ambassadors of truth and resilience.”

The convening, held in Jerusalem, included 140 community leaders, CEOs, and senior figures from North America, and highlighted the critical role of educational travel programs in forging strong Israel-diaspora ties  and aiding Israel’s economic recovery after October 7.

The educational travel sector has proven pivotal to Israel’s economy, growing from 5% of tourism before October 7, to 15%  during the war.  With the new target, IETA plans to welcome 53,000 participants in 2025, signaling a significant expansion of initiatives such as Birthright Israel, RootOne, Masa,  and Passages.

“Immersive educational travel experiences in Israel are not only a growth engine for the country but also a symbol of hope that connects the State of Israel with world Jewry,” said Yehudah Setton, CEO of the Jewish Agency for Israel.  “During this critical period, our goal is to enable every young Jew from around the world to take an active role in strengthening and rebuilding the State of Israel, creating our collective future.”

Mosaic United  also  emphasized their support stating: “We are honored to be a key sponsor of this initiative.  Mosaic invests millions of dollars in transformative travel programming that deepens Jewish identity and connection to Israel.”

Studies have consistently shown that participating in educational trips to Israel significantly boosts the Jewish identity of young North American Jews, increasing their involvement in Jewish communal life and their commitment to the State of Israel.  This initiative reflects a renewed dedication to fostering those connections during a pivotal time for Israel and the Jewish world.
