Giving a gift to The Friends of Israel in memory of a loved one, or to commemorate a special occasion in the life of a friend or family member, is a thoughtful tribute. We will send a special card, with notification of your gift, to the person of your choice. This can be done using any of the following methods:

At your request, the custodian of your IRA can send a check directly to The Friends of Israel, PO Box 908, Bellmawr, NJ 08099. This type of gift, if it satisfies the minimum distribution requirement for your IRA under federal law, Sec. 408(d)(8)(A), is not a tax-deductible contribution. However, you will receive a letter of appreciation which will state that the gift was a part of your minimum distribution requirement and that no goods or services were provided in exchange for the contribution.We have partnered with FreeWill to simplify the process. If a gift is designated to a specific field worker or area of ministry, 100% of that gift goes to that designation. When giving to the general fund (where needed most), 79% of the gift goes to ministry cost, 15% to administration costs and 6% to support Ministry Advancement.

Yes, The Friends of Israel is a 501(c)(3) organization. All gifts to the ministry are tax-deductible, and a receipt is issued with each gift. A letter, for tax purposes, will be sent at the end of January of each year stating total giving for the previous year.

The Friends of Israel undergoes an extensive annual audit by an independent accounting firm. Also, FOI is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.
